KAYA İNŞAAT

The hotel construction journey that began in 1988 with Kaya Side Hotel continued with DorukKaya Hotel and its mechanical facilities in 1990, Green Park Hotel in 1996, and Kaya Hotel Alanya, completed in the same year. In the years that followed, Kaya Belek was completed in 1998, Kaya Select Hotel in 2000, Kaya Ramada Plaza Hotel in 2002, and Kaya Millennium Business Center in 2006.

In 2007, Kaya Artemis Resort, one of the largest hotels in Northern Cyprus, was launched, and in November of the same year, Kaya Palazzo Golf Club opened its doors. The Artemis Convention Center was completed in 2008, followed by Kaya İzmir Thermal & Convention Hotel and Kaya Convention Center in İzmir in 2010. In 2011, one of Turkey’s most magnificent winter hotels, Kaya Palazzo Ski & Mountain Resort, was built and put into service.

In 2013, Kaya Palazzo Golf Resort opened in Belek, becoming a new symbol of luxury and grandeur. In 2014, the Abant Su Gölcük Facility was commissioned, bringing a natural water source to the public.

In 2017, Kaya Palazzo Resort – TRNC began welcoming guests as one of Northern Cyprus’s most exclusive holiday destinations, and in 2019, Kaya Palazzo Kartalkaya Luxury Chalets also began to host guests.

In 2020, the opening of Kaya Palazzo Belek Luxury Lagoon Suites, featuring private suites with direct access to the pool, introduced a new level of luxury accommodation. In the same year, the Palazzo Lounge Kartalkaya project was also completed and launched.

In 2021, the Abant Su Facilities in Burdur were brought into operation.

In 2023, the completion of the Palazzo Mansions project crowned the brand’s investments in the luxury segment. As of 2024, construction of the Kaya Residence project has begun and is currently ongoing.

In addition, the Kaya Palazzo Bafra project—a new generation tourism investment located in Northern Cyprus—is currently under construction.

Lastly, the Kaya Palazzo Hotel & Convention – Ankara project is progressing at full speed and is expected to add significant value to the capital’s business and tourism landscape.

KAYA AIR & KAYA HANGAR

Kaya Air provides private aviation services both domestically and internationally with its Bombardier Challenger 650 aircraft. Located at the General Aviation Terminal of Istanbul Atatürk Airport, within the Western Apron Private Hangars Area, Kaya Air and Hangar operates on a 1,500 m² construction area, offering modern and secure infrastructure.

DorukKaya Petrol has been operating since 1990 as a fuel station affiliated with the Turkish Petroleum Corporation (TP) chain, under Kaya Holding A.Ş., on the Ankara TEM Highway.

B.Kaya Elektrik Üretim A.Ş. was established to realize Kaya Holding's forward-looking vision in the energy sector. The company’s primary goal is to ensure a sustainable and uninterrupted energy supply to the facilities within Kaya Holding.
