Kaya Belek 2027

A Living Experience Redesigned on the Mediterranean

Following a comprehensive transformation that will cover the entire hotel in the 2027 season, Kaya Belek is preparing to welcome its guests with a completely redesigned new face.

From rooms and suites to the public areas, the new 506-room accommodation structure, 40 Lagoon Suites, a new main pool concept composed of five distinct sections, four new à la carte restaurants to be introduced by the sea, a rebuilt Kids Club and Aqua Park, and the renewed public areas form the foundation of the new Kaya Belek that will emerge in 2027.

The new design approach draws inspiration from Belek’s natural surroundings and the characteristic atmosphere of the Mediterranean. A restrained palette of sand, beige, off-white and natural wood is completed with touches of mint green and terracotta. Natural stone, warm wooden surfaces and organic textures form the essential elements of the hotel’s new architectural and interior approach.

While this new approach creates a simple and timeless aesthetic in the living spaces, it also redefines Kaya Belek’s relationship with the Mediterranean.

With a differentiated product structure spanning accommodation, gastronomy, pools and the family experience, the new Kaya Belek will bring the hotel’s experience to date together with a new understanding of design and use.

A New Interpretation of the Ultra All Inclusive Holiday

In 2027, Kaya Belek brings the ultra all inclusive holiday together with a product whose scope has been redesigned from the ground up.

New living spaces shaped by natural materials and the Mediterranean’s restrained aesthetic are completed by different accommodation options, new gastronomy venues, a more varied pool experience and redesigned family and recreation areas.

The product that emerges expresses more than a renewal of Kaya Belek’s existing structure. With the 2027 season, it marks the beginning of a new holiday experience.
